Starting from humble beginnings as a DIY bedroom music project, Youthfire is Stephen Carmichael, a 23 year old electronic music producer and vocalist from Brisbane, who makes music that has been likened to RUFUS, Flight Facilities, London Grammar and Glass Animals.
Although still a new project, Youthfire is receiving lots of attention. The debut single launch for “World On Fire” was a sell out show at the Metro Arts Theatre in Brisbane. 2014 has also seen Youthfire nominated as “Performer Of The Year” at the Queens Ball Awards in Brisbane.
